Network Monitoring

“The Alerts That Yelled Too Loud”

An aviation communications provider came to us with a monitoring system that was active—but not useful. Their tools were generating hundreds of alerts per day: minor latency spikes, temporary signal drops, low-priority system pings. Everything was marked “important.” Teams had resorted to muting most of it, which meant real issues sometimes went unnoticed.

We started by auditing the alert rules, threshold settings, and escalation flows. Many of the configurations had grown organically—based on vendor defaults, legacy thresholds, or past incidents that were never re-evaluated. We redesigned the logic to reflect business impact: grouping recurring events, applying deduplication rules, and flagging patterns instead of isolated signals. We also introduced visual node health scores, service impact tiers, and event playback features—so the team could see not just what happened, but how and why.

Now, when something goes wrong, the system raises its hand—once, clearly, and with context.

What we deliver:

Real-time network health tracking:

Measures SLIs like latency, jitter, and packet loss against SLA/SLO targets, ensuring contractual commitments are met. criticality.

Intelligent alerting:

Applies noise suppression so only incidents with genuine business impact get escalated, reducing alert fatigue.

SLA-aligned incident prioritisation:

Maps incidents to revenue impact and SLA credit risk so the right issues are solved first.

Root cause analysis integration:

Pushes incidents into diagnostic workflows for Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) improvement and lower change failure rates.

Executive and NOC dashboards:

Translate technical metrics into business-friendly views (e.g., “Revenue at Risk”, “SLA Breach Risk”) so leadership can act quickly

Whether it’s a NOC, SOC, or field team, we make network monitoring systems easier to trust—and easier to act on.

Whether your network spans 5 sites or 500, visibility is leverage.

Ready to monitor what matters—without the noise?
